Tonight`s result was a win by Fisherwick 4.5 to .5
Here is an "optical illusion." At first glance the final position looks like it should be an easy win for white, however I have tried playing it out against Fritz this morning and lost as white.
How would you go about playing the final position as white, if you had to play for a win and had approx 5 minutes left?
On my laptop Fritz gives white an evaluation of .84 after Rxa5, I think an evaluation of .84 is pretty meaningless at my level.
